Hours
Monday – Thursday 9am-5pm. Extended hours available by request.

Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash and Care Credit.

Punctuality
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. If you are late, we may need to shorten your treatment or re-schedule you to accommodate for the next scheduled appointment.

Cancellation policy
We require 48 business hours notice for cancellation or re-scheduling of treatments. We reserve the right to charge a fee for all missed or short notice cancelled appointments. Please review all pre and post procedure instructions before making your appointment. If you arrive and are unable to be treated you may be charged a cancellation fee. Coupons and/or Gift Certificates can not be applied towards this fee.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates and all other coupons must be mentioned when scheduling in order to be able to use that certificate at your appointment.  Please Note: We gladly offer credit for all Urban Dentistry and Laser Spa services and products.

Pricing Policy
Prices are subject to change without notice. In certain instances, our fee schedule may change before the pricing on our website. Please confirm the price for your service with our reservationists when booking your appointment.
