Spa Etiquette
Spa Etiquette
We want your visit to be relaxing and enjoyable. Here are a few tips:
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price for our laser spa services, but are gladly accepted.
Medical & Health Conditions
To better serve you, please let your aesthetician know if you have any of the following conditions: pregnancy, heart condition, high/low blood pressure, diabetes, fever, contagious skin condition or any other medical issue.
Also inform your aesthetician if you are using Retin-A, Accutane, or any photosensitizing or keratolytic medications, or have recently had laser or plastic surgery elsewhere.
Communicating with Your Aesthtician
During your treatment, please let your aesthetician know if you feel any discomfort. Also, feel free to ask questions. The best experience always comes from honest, open communication with your aesthetician.
Age Restrictions
No children are allowed beyond the reception area. We also ask that no children be left unattended in our reception area.
Some of our services may be offered to minors when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Cell Phone Etiquette
To ensure a serene and relaxing experience for all of our guests, we kindly ask that you turn off your cell phone or pager upon arrival at the Urban Dentistry and Laser Spa.
Socializing
When you are at the Urban Dentistry and Laser Spa, please be respectful of others. We want all of our guests to have a relaxing and memorable experience.
